Welcome to 2Aan2, our toddler care centre located in the heart of The Hague, in the Kortenbos neighbourhood. We are part of Kinderopvang 2Samen and offer a safe and stimulating environment for toddlers aged 2.5 to 4 years at two locations. Our morning group at Gedempte Sloot 7 is housed in a completely renovated and freshly furnished building where children play and learn every morning from 08:30 to 12:30 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday). At 2Aan2 we work with small horizontal groups so that every child receives the attention they deserve. Our experienced pedagogical staff guide the children with great care and dedication. We provide Pre-school Education (VE), preparing toddlers with and without a VE indication optimally for primary school. Language development is central: we read aloud, sing songs and use interactive moments to expand vocabulary. There is also plenty of room for crafts, music-making and games that stimulate numeracy and independence. Health and exercise are important to us. As an official ‘Healthy Childcare’ provider, we serve fresh fruit daily and encourage lots of movement. We use the 2Samen Parent App to keep parents informed of their child’s experiences.
