KC Muiderkring

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Kindcentrum Muiderkring, located at Kruitmolen 1 in the new Krijgsman district in Muiden. We are part of the Stichting Kinderopvang Bussum, Naarden, Muiden en Muiderberg (SKBNM) and work closely with the child centre that combines education and care for children aged 0 to 12. Our BSO is housed in the same modern building as the primary school, ensuring a smooth and familiar transition from school to after-school care. Our BSO accommodates up to 104 children aged 4 to 12. We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 52 weeks a year, closing only on official public holidays, the SKBNM study day and the Friday after Ascension Day. Care takes place inside the school building, making use of the spacious, bright classrooms and the safe outdoor area with play equipment and tailored activities. We operate from a single pedagogical and educational vision with the child centre. Learning to live together and living to learn together are central. We offer a balanced programme across all developmental areas: creative, sports, cognitive, social, emotional and cultural. Children are given space to discover their talents, are challenged and supported where necessary. We believe it is important that children have fun, gain experiences that inspire further discovery and learning, and bring the world inside. Parents can stay informed about their child's activities via the Parent Portal. We post photos and keep a diary. Questions or concerns can always be sent via a message to the pedagogical staff.
