KC De Vlechter

Welcome to Daycare De Vlechter, located at Constantijn Huijgensstraat 1 in the heart of Vlijmen. Our daycare is part of Kindcentrum De Vlechter and works closely with the primary school and after-school care located on the same premises. We provide care for children from 0 to 4 years old in a homely, safe environment where every child feels welcome. Our enthusiastic childcare staff are ready every day to give your child a fun and educational time. We work with horizontal groups, bringing children together in age groups with activities tailored to their developmental level. The day is filled with varied activities: playing outside in our large, challenging outdoor space, reading together in our quiet corner, or enjoying a moment of rest. We go outside every day, because outdoor play is not only adventurous but also great for motor development. A special baby garden for our youngest children will be added soon. Art and culture play an important role in our program. In collaboration with Trefpunt Heusden, we offer music, dance, drama, and film. These activities stimulate creative development and help children discover their talents. We also work on language development through reading aloud, singing, and learning new words. We regularly go on excursions in the surrounding area so children can explore the world around them. Our daycare is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We believe it's important for parents to be involved in their child's development. Therefore, we regularly inform you about the activities and your child's progress. Together, we ensure your child can develop optimally in a familiar environment.
