Welcome to Partou daycare centre Kameleon Bleiswijk, located at Götzenhainsingel 5a in the green heart of Bleiswijk. Our homely building is surrounded by sports fields and vast nature, so your child can enjoy fresh air, peace and space to explore every single day. In our own sheltered back garden with grass, a sandbox and slide, the sound of laughing children fills the air while they playfully learn to understand the world around them. We provide horizontal group care for up to 37 children aged 0 to 4, divided into three age-specific groups: a cosy baby group (0-2 years), an active toddler group (2-4 years) and a vertical group where siblings or peers can meet. Each group has its own age-appropriate layout and a fixed team of qualified pedagogical staff that guarantees continuity and recognition. Our pedagogical coaches and early-education coaches intensively support the team with at least 50 policy hours and 80.6 coaching hours per year, so we keep growing in our profession. Our day starts with a warm welcome and a brief hand-over with parents. Then we follow a predictable, calm daily rhythm that gives children structure. We work thematically: during circle time we discuss the theme of the week, sing songs and introduce new materials. During the open-door moment children can choose which age-specific activity they want to join, such as a movement activity for toddlers or a creative activity for pre-schoolers. Babies follow their own rhythm and are offered appropriate stimulation activities during their awake time. Healthy nutrition is a given. We serve organic fruit, a healthy bread meal and finish the day with fresh vegetables. Special dietary requirements are of course discussed with you. For the very youngest we provide bottle feeding, nappies and care products; you don’t need to bring anything. Our babies sleep safely on their backs in short, tightly made beds or in their own sleeping bag. For those who sleep better outdoors, we have special outdoor cribs in the fresh air. Discovery also happens outside: we take short walks through the forest, visit the petting zoo or go to the library. We always ask your permission in advance via the Partou parent app. This app is also used for daily messages, photos and swapping a fixed day. This way you stay involved in your child’s development, even when you can’t be there physically. At Kameleon Bleiswijk your child feels safe, seen and challenged to grow.
