Kaluna

Welcome to daycare Kaluna, located at Poortwachter 57-61 in the heart of Alphen aan den Rijn. We are a small-scale daycare center operating with three vertical groups for children aged 0 to 4 years. In total, we provide 34 childcare places in a homely and warm environment. Our approach is inspired by the Scandinavian vision, where family and homeliness are central. This approach translates into our daily practice by creating a familiar atmosphere where children feel safe and secure. We believe in the power of small-scale care and personal attention for each child. An important part of our daily routine is going outside with the children every day. We get fresh air daily by playing outside on our own playground, taking a walk, or playing in the park. These outdoor activities are not only healthy but also contribute to the children's development and their discovery of the world around them. We are officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 476734563 and provide care for up to 38 children. Our location is easily accessible and equipped with all necessary facilities for a safe and stimulating environment for the youngest children. In short, at Kaluna we believe that children should be able to grow up in a homely and familiar way, with plenty of room for outdoor play and personal attention.
