Kaleidoscoop Campus

Welcome to Kaleidoscoop Campus, KomKids’ daycare centre in the heart of Schiedam-Oost. We are located in the bright, colourful building at Van Swindensingel 66, right next to primary school Kaleidoscoop. For children aged 2 to 4 we provide a safe, stimulating environment where play and development go hand in hand. Our staff work according to the motto ‘colourful, powerful and full of opportunity’. Every toddler is given space to grow into an independent, curious child through play. Each day we offer varied activities such as music, arts & crafts, language and numeracy games and plenty of outdoor exercise in our natural playground. We use Early Childhood Education programmes that align with the approach of Kaleidoscoop primary school, ensuring a smooth transition when the time comes. At Kaleidoscoop Campus we run horizontal groups: toddlers aged 2-3 and 3-4 are in separate rooms so we can tailor activities precisely to their developmental stage. We provide both full-day and half-day care, flexibly arranged to suit parents’ needs. We regularly organise outings to the local library De Korenbeurs, the petting zoo ’t Hoefblad and nearby Beatrixpark. Parents are actively involved through our parent committee and are always welcome to drop in for coffee and a chat. Together with parents we give children a promising foundation. We believe every child has unique talents and it is our task to discover and strengthen those talents. That is why every child at Kaleidoscoop Campus receives the attention and space to grow in a safe, colourful world.
