Prokino De Twijn KDV/POV

Welcome to Juultje de Twijn, our daycare centre located at Prof. Zeemanstraat 216 in Terneuzen. We are part of the Prokino Childcare Foundation and provide care for up to 48 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 January 2010 under number 150347595, allowing parents to apply for childcare allowance. At Juultje de Twijn we operate with two flexible base groups. Group 1 is a mixed-age group where children from 0 to 4 years play and learn together. For our toddler group (2-4 years) we use group room 2, specially designed for toddler development. We maintain a mixed group structure, merging children during quieter moments to enhance social play, while using separate spaces on busier days to ensure calm and overview. Our pedagogical staff monitor each child's development daily. We provide pre-school education through development-focused programmes aimed at early observation, identification and stimulation of development. For our youngest children up to 1 year old, we ensure two familiar faces on their contracted days, creating a secure and trusted environment. We provide nappies and bottle feeding, relieving parents of practical concerns. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Throughout the day we offer fruit and drinks, with dedicated nap rooms for rest periods. Outside, children enjoy our safe playground for active play and exploration. Together with parents, we create a warm and secure environment where children can develop optimally. We maintain open personal communication and tailor our care and activities to meet each child and family's needs and preferences.
