BSO Jonas, together with day-care Jonas, forms a vibrant children’s centre in the Benoordenhout district of The Hague. We are located within Kindcentrum Paschalis-Jonas at Bisschopstraat 1, welcoming children aged 4 to 12 for before- and after-school care. Our doors are open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including school study days and holidays. We work closely with primary school Paschalis, allowing children to move quickly and safely from their classroom to the BSO at the end of the school day. Parents who use Social Schools only need to report an absence once; we coordinate this directly with the school. The short walking distance makes the transition familiar and calm for the children. Our team of pedagogical staff offers a varied programme centred on sports, play and creative activities. We have spacious indoor and outdoor areas where children can run around, relax or do homework. We believe it is important that every child feels safe and seen; cooperation, respect and fun are our guiding principles.
