Welcome to Daycare Joepie, located at Oosteinde 43 in the heart of Wijngaarden. We provide a warm, homely environment where children aged 0 to 4 can safely and confidently develop. Thanks to our small-scale setup, we have two groups where children of different ages play and learn together. This vertical group structure stimulates the development of social skills and gives older children the opportunity to help and teach younger ones. Our childcare staff work on fixed days, ensuring children always see familiar faces. We believe this sense of familiarity is essential for children's development. Upon entering our building, you are immediately immersed in a calm, homely atmosphere. In the long hallway, each child has their own coat hook. The groups are calmly decorated with warm colors of red, yellow, and orange. We have deliberately chosen calm colors and toys without sound and lights, as there are already enough stimuli in a daycare center. Our location features its own garden where children can play and explore to their heart's content. The outdoor space offers plenty of opportunities for natural play experiences and movement. We believe in the importance of outdoor play for children's development and make daily use of it. As Christian childcare, we provide an environment where Christian values and norms are central. We celebrate Christian holidays and tell Bible stories in a child-friendly manner. Our vision is that every child is unique, and we therefore provide care that meets the individual needs of each child.
