Jip en Janneke

Kindercentrum Jip en Janneke is located in the heart of the Ridderveld I residential area, at a central spot in Alphen aan den Rijn. Our modern building houses all forms of childcare under one roof: daycare, preschool, after-school care and holiday care. We provide care for children aged 0 to 5 years. With us, children develop their talents through play and discover the world around them. We engage in various daily activities such as dancing, crafting, cooking, sports, games or drama. You'll often find us outside! In our garden or during trips to the park. Our preschool program uses early childhood education (VE) following the Uk & Puk method. This way, we prepare toddlers for primary school through play. The daycare groups are mixed-age, allowing children of different ages to play together and learn from each other. We take pride in bringing young and old together: our neighbors include the playgroup and elderly care from nursing home Oudshoorn. This creates a warm, social environment where everyone feels at home.
