Jip en Janneke

Welcome to BSO Jip en Janneke, located at Geerestein 200 in the heart of the Ridderveld I residential area in Alphen aan den Rijn. Our childcare center offers all forms of care under one roof, with our after-school care specifically designed for children aged 4 to 12. We are centrally located between various primary schools, allowing us to pick up children from nearby schools on foot. For schools located further away, we use our own (bicycle) buses or collaborate with a taxi company. Everything we do revolves around developing talents through play. We offer a varied range of activities where children can dance, do crafts, cook, play sports and perform in theater plays. Our garden invites outdoor play and we regularly make trips to the park. Creativity is highly valued: in our atelier, children can express their creative side with paint, clay and other materials. We regularly bake cookies in our kitchen and organize sports activities. Our after-school care is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:30 to 18:30 and on Wednesday and Friday from 11:30 to 18:30. During school holidays, we offer holiday care from 07:30 to 18:30. We work with a holiday card system where parents can determine how many holiday days they want to use, with a minimum of 5 days per year. As part of the Junis Kinderopvang Foundation, we guarantee quality childcare that meets all national requirements. We have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 1991, which means parents are entitled to childcare allowance.
