Welcome to Jaribabo Daycare Grootegast, located at Bovenweg 56A in the heart of Grootegast. We are part of childcare center Jaribabo, a recognized childcare organization that has been providing flexible childcare for over 25 years to children aged 0 to 12 years. Our location on Bovenweg specifically focuses on daycare (KDV) for the youngest children from 0 to 4 years old. At Jaribabo, we believe in the power of flexible childcare. This means that parents do not need to take fixed time slots, but only pay for the hours they actually use our services. This unique approach combines the warmth and professionalism of a childcare center with the flexibility of home-based childcare. Our days start around 6:30 AM and end when the last children are picked up, without strict opening hours. Our pedagogical climate is designed to provide each child with optimal development opportunities within a safe and familiar environment. We work with an age- and development-oriented activity program that is established in our pedagogical work plan. This means we tailor our activities to the individual needs and developmental stage of each child. Our experienced pedagogical staff are ready to guide your child with love and expertise in their development. At our KDV location in Grootegast, we use a vertical group structure, where children of different ages play and learn together. This stimulates social development and gives younger children the opportunity to learn from older children, while older children develop their sense of responsibility. We believe it is important that children feel safe and secure, so they can develop optimally. Our location has been officially registered since March 13, 2013, and is under the supervision of the GGD Groningen. We are proud of our small-scale setup, which allows us to give personal attention to each child in our care.
