Ireentje

Peuterleerplek Ireentje is located on the ground floor of Prinses Irene primary school at Slicherstraat 6 in the centre of The Hague. We provide daycare and pre-school education for children aged 2½ to 4 in two small, clear groups. Our pedagogical staff members Chantal, Desiree and Romy guide the children using the ‘Piramide’ programme, through which we stimulate language, numeracy and social skills in a playful way. Each morning or afternoon we explore a theme that connects with the toddler’s world of experience. Close cooperation with the primary school ensures a smooth transition to group 1. Parents can choose between a morning session (8.15 – 11.30 a.m.) or an afternoon session (12.15 – 3.30 p.m.), five days a week.
