Welcome to daycare centre 2Hindes, located in the heart of the Belgian Park in Scheveningen. In our charming building at Duinkerksestraat 1, we provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our spacious group areas give children all the room they need to grow and develop. We work with three baby groups, two toddler groups and a toddler/preschooler group, with each age group having its own familiar place. Our natural outdoor play area is a true adventure. Children climb and slide on our slide, play with water in the water track or build the most beautiful sandcastles in the sandbox. The various plants and flowers turn our garden into a living learning environment. For our youngest ones, we even have separate little gardens at the baby groups, where they can safely and quietly enjoy the fresh air. Together with the children, we maintain our vegetable garden. They not only learn how vegetables and plants grow, but also get to help with sowing, watering and harvesting themselves. These experiences contribute to their development and give them their first introduction to nature. Thanks to our unique location, we regularly make trips to the forest, dunes, beach and Westbroekpark. These excursions are an important part of our program. We also regularly visit nursing home de Eshoeve, the library and the petting zoo. These encounters with different people and animals enrich our children's world. In our separate room with feel tables, children can discover different materials and textures. These sensorimotor activities stimulate their senses and development. Our pedagogical team works according to the Pedagogical House of 2Samen, where every child feels seen and valued. We are open Monday through Friday from 07:30 to 18:00.
