Peuterschool St. Henricus is a daycare facility for children aged 2 to 4 years, located at Jhr. M.W.C. de Jongestraat 26 in Klazienaveen. We provide a safe and familiar environment where toddlers can grow and develop through play. Our location is part of an integral child centre where education and care seamlessly connect. We work with a continuous development line, ensuring a smooth transition to primary school. Our pedagogical staff are ready to guide your child in discovering the world. We offer a rich variety of activities, such as language development, reading aloud, drawing, singing and movement. Indoors and outdoors, we learn together with themes that match the toddler's world of experience. We use the VVE programme 'Uk & Puk', which is specially developed to prepare children aged 2 to 4 for primary school through play. Our spacious group areas are set up with corners for different activities. There is a reading corner, a construction corner, a home corner and a creative corner. We have our own outdoor playground where children can run, cycle and play in the sandbox. The garden is safely enclosed and offers plenty of space to move and explore. We believe it is important that your child feels safe and secure. That is why we work with fixed pedagogical staff who know your child well. We take into account the individual needs of each child and tailor our guidance accordingly. We also keep you as a parent well informed about your child's development. We discuss how the day went during drop-off and pick-up times, and you can always come to us with questions or comments. Our opening hours are flexible and tailored to your needs.
