IKC Noordeinde

Welcome to IKC Noordeinde, located at Bijvoetplan 43-45 in the Noordhove district of Zoetermeer. We are an integral child centre where daycare, after-school care and education come together under one roof. For our youngest children we offer a warm, small-scale vertical group where children aged 0 to 4 play and learn together. The space is arranged with different play areas: a cosy reading corner, a kitchen area with dining table and a spacious playpen that connects directly to our naturally designed outdoor space. This allows children to safely discover the world around them at their own pace. Our pedagogical staff work from the belief that every child is unique and develops in their own way. We therefore tailor our guidance to the individual needs of each child. The vertical group gives the youngest children the chance to learn from the older toddlers, while the older children develop their sense of responsibility by looking after the younger ones. The continuous line between daycare and school ensures a smooth transition when your child eventually goes to primary school. Outside we have a discovery garden where children can play with natural materials, care for plants and enjoy the fresh air. This experience garden is specially designed to stimulate young children's curiosity and let them get to know nature in a playful way. We believe it is important that children can play and discover both indoors and outdoors. Our daycare is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. We work with a fixed team of pedagogical staff who provide your child with a familiar face. Together with parents, we form a close team around the child. We keep you informed of your child's development and are always open to your questions or ideas. At IKC Noordeinde, you and I are together. It is visible and tangible within our IKC and we are proud of that.
