IKC Montessori De Basis Goes

Welcome to IKC Montessori De Basis in Goes. At our location on Frambozestraat 29 we offer childcare and primary education for children aged 2 to 12 under one roof. For the youngest children we have a daycare center (KDV) where a maximum of 16 children aged 2 to 4 years find a safe and stimulating environment. Our vision is based on the Montessori pedagogy: "Help me to do it myself, teach me to do it myself and let me do it myself." We believe that every child naturally wants to develop and we teach children to be self-reliant, solve problems and engage in meaningful situations. Our specially trained pedagogical staff closely follow each child in his or her development and offer activities that match the individual pace and level of the child. Pre- and early school education (VVE) is part of our offer. Children at risk of developmental delays receive extra attention through special programs, so they can start their primary school well prepared. We work intensively with the municipality of Goes and Kibeo for this. As an Integral Child Center (IKC) we combine childcare, education and development in one location. This means that your child can seamlessly transition from daycare to primary school within the same familiar building and team.
