IKC Kloetinge

Welcome to the after-school care of IKC Kloetinge, located at Zomerweg 2 in the heart of Kloetinge. As part of the Integral Child Centre, we provide care for children aged 4 to 12 in the same building where they attend school during the day. This familiar and structured environment offers a calm space after a busy school day. Our pedagogical staff work closely with the teachers of OBS De Kloetingseschool. Thanks to this collaboration, we know each child well and can respond to their individual needs. We use a vertical group structure: children of different ages are together. This allows them to learn from each other and develop social skills naturally. After school, we start with a moment of rest and a snack. Then there is time for play, relaxation and activities. We do not offer fixed programmes, but tailor our activities to the interests of the children. Think of crafts, outdoor play, games or simply doing nothing. We believe it is important that children can choose what they need that day. Our location is open Monday to Friday after school. We work with a continuous schedule, so there is no lunchtime care. During school holidays we organise special HolidayMix programmes. These days are all about relaxation, creativity and being together. We are open longer and offer a varied programme. We value parental involvement. Through the Parro app, we keep parents informed of the day. We work with parents to create a safe and familiar environment for their child. Together we take care of the development of every child, from 4 to 12 years old.
