IKC Uniek

Welcome to KDV Uniek, located within the Integral Child Centre (IKC) Uniek at Vondelstraat 11B in Aalten. We are a daycare centre offering a safe and trusted environment for children aged 0 to 4 years. As part of KOSMO childcare, we work closely with Stichting AccentScholengroep, ensuring seamless integration between childcare and education. Our groups are horizontally structured: the 'Piglets' (0-4 years) and the 'Monkeys' (2-4 years). Each group has dedicated spaces specifically designed for the age and developmental stage of the children. We implement the VVE programme 'Uk en Puk', which playfully stimulates language development and prepares children for primary school. Daily activities are tailored to the world of young children, based on their natural curiosity and drive to explore. At KDV Uniek, we value rest, regularity, and rhythm. We have separate sleeping areas where children can rest peacefully. Our childcare professionals specialise in caring for babies and toddlers, closely monitoring each child's development. Through integration with the IKC, we offer a continuous line from 0 to 13 years, allowing children to remain familiar with the same environment and team of professionals.
