IKC Het Groene Hart

Welcome to IKC Het Groene Hart, located at Schoolbrink 1 in the heart of Zuidwolde. As an Integral Child Centre we are part of Stichting Kindcentra Wolderwijs and, in addition to public primary education, we also provide high-quality out-of-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 13. Our BSO has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 10 August 2015 under number 176584377 and has room for up to 60 children. Before and after school, on study days and during school holidays, our team is ready to offer the children a challenging play and learning programme. We work from one pedagogical vision and one location, ensuring a smooth transition between school and childcare. The children can use familiar spaces with professional guidance from pedagogical staff who challenge them to play, discover, exercise and be creative. Our BSO focuses entirely on the world of experience of primary school age: no nappies or bottle feeding, but plenty of room for homework guidance, sports activities, crafts, outdoor play and joint outings. We make use of the spacious outdoor area around the school building and offer a safe, green environment in which children can develop at their own pace.
