IKC De Zuidvliet Kortgene

Welcome to IKC De Zuidvliet Kortgene, where Kibeo daycare and De Zuidvliet primary school together form one Integrated Child Centre on a single site. We provide a continuous, safe learning and development environment for children aged 0 to 4 in our KDV groups. Our modern building at Stadspolderlaan 6 in Kortgene offers spacious, bright group rooms and a large green garden with willow tunnels, a water stream and an outdoor classroom where children can play, explore and learn. Everything we do revolves around play, learning and meeting. We work with specially trained baby specialists who create a warm, familiar environment for the very youngest. Our pedagogical staff tailor activities to each child’s stage of development: from fine-motor crafts and singing to outdoor play in nature. We provide fixed daily routines with plenty of rest periods, clean sleeping areas and healthy meals. Fruit, snacks and drinks are included; for special dietary needs we coordinate personally with parents. Parents can easily report their child sick or absent via our Parent Portal and receive photos and reports through the Kibeo app. We value parental involvement: through the parent committee, participation council and regular parent meetings we stay in touch about your child’s development.
