IKC De Westhoek

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of IKC De Westhoek, part of Wijzer in Care and Education. We provide care for children aged 4 to 12 at our location at Dr. Jan Schoutenlaan 36 in Maassluis. Our BSO is fully integrated into the Integral Child Center, allowing children to continue playing and learning in a familiar environment. We organize a varied program every day with activities such as crafts, outdoor play, sports and games. During school holidays we go on trips to places like playgrounds, museums or the cinema. The costs for these excursions are included in the care. We also offer holiday care from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, where children can stay with us all day. Our pedagogical staff provide a safe and stimulating environment where children can choose what they want to do themselves. We work closely with the primary school and ensure that children are picked up after school. For parents, we use a parent app for communication and newsletters. Children who attend IKC De Westhoek can directly transition to our BSO. We welcome all children aged 4 to 12, regardless of background or development. Together we make every day a celebration!
