KDV Vries IKC De Vijverstee

Welcome to KDV De Vijverstee, located in the heart of the Integral Child Centre De Vijverstee at De Fledders 14 in Vries. Since 4 January 2021 we provide care for babies, toddlers and preschoolers from 0 to 4 years in a warm, safe and stimulating environment. Our day-care centre is part of a unique IKC, ensuring a smooth and natural transition to primary school. We work with the recognised Early Childhood Education (ECE) programme Uk & Puk. This programme includes ten themes that perfectly match the world of experience of young children. Each theme offers activities specifically designed for babies, toddlers and preschoolers. The activities are playful, easy to integrate into the daily routine and stimulate development tailored to your child. Through this continuous line, your child gets the best possible start. Our combination group brings together day-care and preschool care. Children grow up in a vertical group, learning from and with each other. Our experienced pedagogical staff provide personal attention to each child and guide them in their development. We believe it is important that children feel safe and at home, so they can explore, play and grow at their own pace. KDV De Vijverstee works closely with Kids First and is part of IKC De Vijverstee. This allows us to use the facilities of the centre and creates a continuous developmental line from 0 to 12 years.
