Basker IKC - de Tragellijn

Welcome to KDV IKC De Tragellijn in Lobith! Since 2019, primary school De Tragellijn and childcare organisation Zonnekinderen together form our Integral Child Centre (IKC) at Graaf Ottoweg 91. Under one roof we provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in two groups: a toddler group (2-4 years) and a vertical baby-toddler group (0-4 years). Our pedagogical staff work closely with the school teachers, creating a smooth transition from childcare to education. We believe every child is unique and deserves space to grow and flourish. Therefore we offer pre-school education (VVE) for children from 2.5 years with an indication from the child health clinic. This programme consists of 960 hours spread over one and a half years, focusing on language and speech development, numeracy and social skills. Learning through play is central: we use our green schoolyard (created in 2022) where children can explore, climb and clamber while learning to care for the nature around them. Our daycare groups are designed as safe, homely places with separate sleeping areas. We work with fixed pedagogical staff who know each child well. Through the year-group system, children have space to develop at their own pace. We tailor activities to the world of experience of young children and provide rest, structure and challenge. Parents are our valuable partners: we find it important that you feel involved in your child's development. KDV IKC De Tragellijn has been officially registered since 19 August 2019 (LRK number 617344425) and is supervised by the GGD. You can apply for childcare allowance with us.
