IKC De Lis BSO Bieslandstraat

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of IKC De Lis, located at Bieslandstraat 61 in Rotterdam-Liskwartier. We provide after-school care for 115 children aged 4 to 12 in a familiar setting that is fully integrated with the primary school. Our qualified staff pick the children up after school and guide them to our bright, spacious BSO rooms. Every afternoon starts with a shared moment: a chat, a piece of fruit, and then the children choose their own activity. We offer sports and games in our gym and on the playground, creative workshops in the art studio, and quiet corners for homework support or reading. During school holidays we run themed programmes such as ‘Junior Chef’ cooking weeks, nature excursions to Kralingse Bos or museum visits. Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 15:00 to 18:30 and Wednesday from 12:00 to 18:30. During school holidays we are open from 07:30 to 18:30. We work closely with De Lis primary school and can also collect children from several partner schools in the neighbourhood. Our aim is for every child to feel safe and valued. We therefore apply one shared pedagogical vision for both school and BSO: mutual respect, room for individual choice and encouragement to grow. We look forward to welcoming you at BSO De Lis!
