Basker IKC - de Hoge Hoeve

Welcome to KDV IKC De Hoge Hoeve, the daycare centre within the Integral Child Centre at De Hoge Hoeve 70 in Westervoort. We provide care for 48 children aged 0 to 4 in a safe, homely environment, organised into three core groups: Group Robin (0-2 years), Group Blue Tit (2-4 years, VVE group) and Group Moorhen (2-4 years). Our bright, colourful group rooms open onto a shared outdoor play area and we make full use of the ICC facilities such as the art studio, gym and cooking café. We follow the VVE programme Startblokken and track each child’s development with the Kijk! monitoring system. Thanks to our close collaboration with the primary school and the presence of cross-functional staff, the transition to school is smooth; your child is already familiar with the setting and faces. Children regularly play and learn alongside the infant classes and with ZoZijn, creating a rich learning environment. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00, 52 weeks a year. Flexible sessions and half-day care are available. We provide fruit, drinks and ensure a safe, familiar place where every child feels at home.
