Welcome to BSO de Aquamarijn, our after-school care that is open every weekday until 6.30 p.m., right after school ends. We are also there for your child during all school holidays and study days. We are part of Integral Child Centre de Aquamarijn at Meerveldplein 4 in Almere, where primary education, day-care, playgroup and after-school care work together under one roof and follow one single pedagogical vision. Our focus is on providing a safe, familiar place where children aged 4 to 12 can relax, play and discover after school. We operate on a small scale with a fixed team of pedagogical staff who know every child personally. Our space is located in our own building inside the school gate, so your child never has to travel far and always stays in a familiar environment. Play and development are central. We offer room for free play and provide structured activities that respond to the children’s interests. In our green playground and vegetable garden children can romp, garden and explore nature. There is also plenty of opportunity to exercise in the gym and on the schoolyard. A healthy warm meal is served every day, so your child goes home satisfied. Communication with parents runs smoothly through the Aquamarijn app. You receive photos, reports and news directly on your phone and always have insight into your child’s planning and progress.
