BSO Blijweg

BSO Blijweg is located in the IJwegschool building at Sparresholm 197 in Hoofddorp. Our after-school care has a homely character where children feel at home. We are open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 18:30, Wednesday from 12:30 to 18:30 and Friday from 12:00 to 18:30. We work closely with IJwegschool, a jenaplan school, creating a natural connection between school and after-school care. Our small-scale care has a social character where everyone knows each other. We believe it's important that children are seen and heard. Together with parents, we regularly organize activities such as tent building day, lightning training, week closings, school trips, camps and studio activities. Parent involvement is high, creating a warm and engaged community where children, parents and group leaders work together to create a pleasant care experience. Many children come from the surrounding neighborhoods of Hoofddorp, but we also welcome children from other areas. We provide care for 40 children and work with qualified pedagogical staff who ensure a safe and stimulating environment after school hours.
