Hummeltjeshut

Hummeltjeshut is a small-scale toddler care facility operated by Spring Kinderopvang, located at W P F Ghijssenstraat 2 in Beers NB. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 2 to 4 years. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK 401219379) since May 1, 2013, and is supervised by the GGD Hart voor Brabant. At Hummeltjeshut, we work with horizontal groups where children of the same age play and learn together. We offer personal attention in a homely atmosphere. Our group space features various play corners and a quiet sitting area where children can relax. We have our own outdoor playground and also have access to the school's playroom. Our pedagogical program focuses on learning through play and developing skills that are important for the transition to primary school. We work with themes that connect to primary school and use Spring Actief or a VVE method for this. The activities are tailored to the children's interests and provide the right challenge to discover the world around them. We pay attention to language development, creative activities, and movement. Through our collaboration with the primary school and after-school care Quakel, we can provide care and education for children aged 2 to 13 in one familiar environment.
