BSO Europa

BSO Europa is located at Belgiëlaan 75 in Enschede and is part of childcare organisation Humankind. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Because we work closely with OBS Europa/St. Jan primary school within the Integral Child Centre (IKC), our programmes seamlessly connect to the school day. This allows children to move directly from school to a familiar environment where they can play, explore and relax. Our pedagogical staff provide a varied daily programme focused on sports, cooking, crafts and creative activities. We have a spacious indoor area with plenty of play opportunities and use the large school playground for outdoor play and exercise. On teacher training days and during school holidays, we organise special outings and themed days so children enjoy an educational and fun day even when school is closed. Children are collected from school when necessary. The youngest children are always collected by staff; older children may come independently. We work with either vertical groups (ages 4–13) or horizontal groups (ages 4–7/8 and 7/8–13), depending on enrolment numbers and space availability. Within each group, we tailor activities to the different ages and developmental stages of the children. BSO Europa is open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. We provide care during school weeks, teacher training days and holidays. Our location is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 281136671.
