Welcome to BSO De Buitenkans, located at Kloosterlaan 30 in Moergestel. We are part of Stichting Humankind and provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Our location offers 68 childcare places and is officially registered in the National Childcare Register. At De Buitenkans, we believe it's important that children can be themselves and do what they feel like doing. We offer various indoor and outdoor spaces where children can choose their own activities. We have a large garden with a vegetable garden where we grow vegetables and herbs together. These are used in our cooking and baking activities. We also have an art studio and a woodworking area where children can express their creativity. Our experienced pedagogical staff pick up children from school and guide them to our location. We work with a fixed rhythm where structure and rest are important elements. After school, children first enjoy a healthy snack. On study days and during holidays, we also provide a warm meal. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 18:30. On study days and during limited holiday weeks, we are open from 08:15 to 18:00. We collaborate with primary schools in the area and offer both before-school and after-school care.
