BSO Babbeleboe

Welcome to BSO Babbeleboe, our cheerful after-school care centre at Ahavestraat 3 in the heart of Aalten. We are part of Stichting Humankind and have provided trusted care for up to 92 children aged 4 to 13 since 2010. Our beautiful building offers plenty of space to play, discover and relax after school. Children can enjoy our studio full of creative materials, the construction corner with K’nex and Lego, a dolls’ corner for the little ones and a cosy lounge where older children can chat. After-school care is free time, and children should be free to decide how to spend it. Every day we organise fun activities tailored to different ages: crafts, making music, football, disco parties and building huts. We also pay extra attention to sports and exercise. Our pedagogical staff always pick up the youngest children from school; for schools that are further away we arrange transport by car or minibus if necessary. We are also open on study days and during school holidays, so parents can always rely on childcare. BSO Babbeleboe works with vertical groups (4-13 years) in which we always tailor the offer to the age and development of the child. We believe it is important that children feel safe and at home, so that they can recharge and have fun after a long school day.
