Welcome to Kinderopvang Huisje Boompje Beestje located at Stevinstraat 125 in The Hague. This is our very first location, established in 2016 in a characteristic townhouse in the heart of the city. We provide small-scale childcare for up to 12 children per day in one vertical group for ages 0-4 years. Our location is designed as a real family home, with the living room serving as the central gathering place for children. We work with natural materials and sustainable toys, with environmental awareness at the core. Every day we go outside - right through the front door - to explore the surroundings and learn from urban nature. Experiencing the seasons is central to our approach. We bake our own bread, use organic food, and carefully set the table for shared meals. Children learn through direct experience and are challenged in their development by our qualified pedagogical staff. As a small-scale childcare facility, we can truly give attention to each child. We work in small groups with a maximum of 2 groups per location, allowing space for individual attention and a homely atmosphere. Our approach is personal and involved, just like at home.
