Hortus

BSO Hortus is located in primary school De Hortus in Boskoop and provides after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years. We have two dedicated rooms within the school, including a doll corner, construction corner, and chill corner. The second room is specially designed to meet the needs and preferences of children aged 7 and older. Additionally, we have access to the school's gymnasium. Children are free to play, but we also organize daily activities such as creative activities, sports, dance, reading sessions, and games. Throughout the year, we work with themes and during holidays, we link activities or outings to these themes. For children who wish, there is an opportunity to do homework in a quiet area in consultation with parents. Children can enjoy playing outside on the large playground next to the school, which has play equipment and a sandbox. We collaborate as much as possible with the school, for example by working with the same themes and consulting with teachers. Children from primary school De Hortus and Rehobothschool are welcome at BSO Hortus.
