Hoograven

Welcome to Partou daycare Hoograven! We are located in the Motion Centre at Wijnesteinlaan 2 in Utrecht-Hoograven, close to the A12, A27 and A2 motorways. Our small-scale daycare has two vertical groups for up to 32 children aged 0 to 4. Each group is bright and has its own door opening onto our beautiful green discovery garden. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows the children can also enjoy the view of the adjacent park. Here your child has all the space to grow, play and discover at his or her own pace. We follow the Partou Pedagogy, built on six pedagogical pillars: the power of connection, learning through play, nature & sustainability, health & movement, art & culture and freedom & responsibility. Our qualified staff know every child and tailor activities to individual needs. We sing, dance, do arts and crafts and use the nature garden to spark children’s curiosity. Every other day we serve a warm, healthy lunch and fresh fruit and snacks are available throughout the day. Bottle feeding is possible for babies and we support potty training when your child is ready. Safe sleeping is important to us: babies sleep in their own cot with a sleeping bag, toddlers rest after lunch in our quiet sleeping area. We believe parents should be able to follow along. Through the Partou parent app you receive photos, messages and can swap days or request extra care. Our centre is open Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. We work closely with nearby primary schools to ensure a smooth transition later on.
