Welcome to Hoera Helden, location de Liaan – professional childcare in a homely atmosphere, right in the heart of Helden. We provide day-care for children from 10 weeks up to 4 years in two clearly defined age groups: a calm baby-toddler group and a challenging preschool group. This way, every child receives exactly the attention and stimuli that match his or her developmental stage. Our location is Dalton certified. This means that, from an early age, we encourage children to make their own choices, cooperate and take responsibility. We work with themes that connect to the children’s world of experience: from ‘animals in the garden’ to ‘music and sound’. Each morning in the preschool group starts with a circle moment where we sing songs, read stories and stimulate language. Afterwards children can choose from corners such as the construction corner, the home corner or the atelier corner where we craft and paint. Outside there is a rich natural garden with sandpit, water pump, climbing equipment and a vegetable garden box. We go outside at least twice a day; in fine weather the babies nap outdoors in the fresh air. For the very youngest we have separate sleeping rooms with cribs and blackout curtains, so rest is always guaranteed. Healthy nutrition is important to us: we serve a warm, organic lunch and two healthy snacks. Does your child have an allergy or dietary requirement? Our cook naturally takes this into account. We also provide diapers, wipes and sunscreen, so you can literally arrive empty-handed. We keep parents informed through our Hoera app with photos and daily reports. We work closely with parents and offer parent meetings, participation mornings and an active parent committee. Together we ensure that your child feels safe, comfortable and confident – so that he or she can grow and flourish optimally.
