Het Zaanplein

Welcome to the after-school care (BSO) of Het Zaanplein in Zaandam, located at Lijns Tewisz Roggeplein 1. Our after-school care is part of the Integral Child Centre (IKC) and is provided by TintelTuin. We offer care for children aged 4 to 12, directly following the school hours of ICBS Het Zaanplein. Children come straight from their classroom to our spaces within the same building, ensuring a seamless transition between school and care. Our pedagogical staff work closely with the school teachers. We provide a familiar environment where children can play, relax, and discover new things. We use the schoolyard and sports facilities of Het Zaanplein. In addition, we regularly organize sports and games activities, creative workshops, and excursions. We encourage children to make their own choices, taking their interests and developmental level as a starting point. Communication with parents is handled through the Parro app. Parents can stay informed about their child's activities and developments via this app. We follow a continuous schedule and provide care on all school days, study days, and during school holidays. Our location is easily accessible and situated in the heart of Zaandam.
