Het Palet

Welcome to daycare centre Het Palet, located at Vondellaan 176 in Utrecht. We are part of Kind & Co Ludens and provide care for 56 children aged 0 to 4 years. Our setting sits on the border of the Rivierenwijk and Dichterswijk districts and offers two cosy baby groups and two toddler groups in horizontal age-group settings. Our approach is guided by the ‘Pedagogical Heart’: every child is welcome, feels safe and is given ample space to explore. Play equals learning, so we provide a rich, challenging environment with natural materials and plenty of outdoor space. Our natural playground invites climbing, sand and water play and, yes, outdoor naps are truly part of our routine! For the youngest ones we supply nappies, wipes, formula and warm meals. Fruit and healthy snacks are included and we accommodate allergies. Each group has its own sleeping room with cots to ensure rest and regularity. We run an Early Childhood Education programme that stimulates language, numeracy and social skills in a playful way. Our professional staff offer attention, warmth and expertise every day.
