Het Paleis

Welcome to Het Paleis, our warm and small-scale daycare centre located at Kortenvoortstraat 1 in Almelo. We provide care for up to 60 children aged 0 to 4 years and work with two vertical groups, where babies, toddlers and preschoolers play and grow together. Our spacious group rooms exceed the legal standards, giving every child plenty of space to explore, develop and have fun. When it rains heavily outside, children can enjoy our separate 150 m² indoor playground, where they can ride bikes, run and build to their heart’s content. At Het Paleis, personal attention is paramount. Our team of highly qualified and dedicated childcare professionals ensures your child feels safe and at home. We offer clear and transparent pricing: € 6.25 per hour is all-inclusive – nappies, food, formula, warm meals, fruit and snacks. Specific dietary requirements can be discussed within our possibilities. We provide pre-school education (VVE) using the CITO Pyramid method, which stimulates language, numeracy and social skills through play. Flexible care is available: you can swap days and book half-days. We are open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 and operate 52 weeks a year, closing only on national public holidays.
