Welcome to Het Ooievaarsnest, a professional small-scale childcare facility located in beautiful Gelselaar. We provide care for up to 24 children in a homely atmosphere where your child will quickly feel at home. Our daycare center is located at Schuppendijk 3, surrounded by nature with a children's farm and vegetable garden. At Het Ooievaarsnest, the healthy development of your child is our central focus. We create a safe and familiar environment with plenty of room for personal attention from permanent caregivers. Every child is unique with their own abilities and develops into independent, balanced and socially skilled children who have respect for themselves and others. Our small-scale approach means we know all children well and can provide the care and attention they need. The natural environment with children's farm and vegetable garden offers excellent opportunities for outdoor play and discovery. Children learn about nature through play and can experience firsthand how vegetables and flowers grow. For your child, Het Ooievaarsnest is a place to meet other children, play together, eat together and sleep together. They learn to take each other into account and gain experience by learning from each other. These experiences contribute to their social development and prepare them for the next step in their development.
