Het Kwetternest

Welcome to Daycare Het Kwetternest in Goor, a homely location run by Stichting Humankind where children aged 0 to 4 can grow up safely and confidently. Our daycare is located at Roerdompstraat 61, right in the neighbourhood and close to primary schools and playgrounds. We work in vertical groups: babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers play and learn together, allowing the youngest to mirror the older children while the pre-schoolers learn to be caring towards the little ones. For the very youngest we have a separate baby group where our baby specialists follow the daily rhythm you use at home. Cuddling, bottle feeding, singing lullabies and peaceful naps are central. As soon as your child starts crawling and toddling, they move on to one of the vertical groups. Here they have all the space to explore: building with blocks, singing, dancing, story time, painting and playing outside together in our adventure garden. We consciously use natural materials and plenty of greenery, so children develop respect for nature while they play. Healthy food matters to us. Every day we serve a fresh, hot meal and provide fruit and drinks in between. Does your child have an allergy or special diet? We are happy to adapt the menu. Nappies, wipes and care products are also included, so you can work without worry. We keep parents informed through the Parent App: you receive daily photos and short reports, and can easily request extra days or report absence. Our pedagogical staff are trained in the Early Childhood Education programme, so your child starts primary school with a head start.
