Het Kroontje

Welcome to Christian Daycare Het Kroontje, a warm and trusted place located at Kruisweg 55 in the heart of Aalsmeerderbrug. We are a small-scale daycare where Christian values and norms form the basis of everything we do. Our two vertical groups provide care for up to 12 children per group, ranging in age from 8 weeks to 4 years. This setup allows siblings to grow up together and enables the youngest to learn from the older children. At Het Kroontje, your child's safety and well-being come first. Our qualified pedagogical staff create a homely atmosphere where every child feels welcome. We work with familiar faces in each group, so your child becomes comfortable with the same loving teachers and the same group of friends. This provides peace of mind and offers a secure foundation for growth and development. We follow a clear daily routine that provides structure while still allowing room for your child's individual needs. The morning starts with free play, followed by a shared moment with water, fruit and a cookie. Then it's time for play and discovery, where we work thematically with activities such as crafts, singing, reading aloud and games. At lunchtime the children enjoy a warm meal and have quiet time to sleep. In the afternoon there is a second play session with a healthy snack, after which the day ends relaxed with free play until pick-up time. Babies and toddlers follow their own rhythm. We adjust feeding and sleeping to what your child needs and provide all the peace and attention that the very youngest deserve. Our loving approach ensures that your child feels safe and can develop at his or her own pace. As a Christian daycare, we believe it's important that children learn from love and respect. We pay attention to Bible stories, sing Christian songs and celebrate holidays together. Our parent committee is actively involved in organizing fun activities such as Sinterklaas, Christmas and Easter, so that parents and children truly experience Het Kroontje as a second home. We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We are closed on Fridays and during national holidays.
