Het Kinderparadijs Groningen

Welcome to daycare Het Kinderparadijs Groningen, a cosy and small-scale childcare centre located in a unique building – the Sterrenkijker – on the Reitdiep. We are situated in a quiet green area, far from traffic noise, at Watermanstraat 15a in Groningen. Every day we care for up to 23 children aged 0 to 4 in a homely atmosphere. The children are divided into two vertical family-style groups, each with a maximum of 11 or 12 children. Our vision is inspired by the educational ideas of Emmi Pikler. We believe in free movement, free play and respectful care. No child plays in order to develop; rather, development occurs naturally through play. Our permanent pedagogical staff are ready every day to offer your child a safe and familiar environment so that they can develop optimally. Het Kinderparadijs Groningen should feel like home. Together with parents and carers we take on part of the upbringing and care. We strive to provide high-quality and responsible childcare in which every child is unique.
