Het IJzeren Kind

Welcome to Het IJzeren Kind, our daycare center located in the Hintham district of Rosmalen. We are part of Kanteel Kinderopvang and provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a homely and safe environment. Our location is situated by the lake with the same name, offering a beautiful natural playground. Your child will have all the space to develop with us. We work with both horizontal and vertical groups, allowing siblings to be together. Recently, we have also started a separate toddler group for children from 2.5 years old with special activities. Our pedagogical staff offer challenging activities such as cooking in our children's kitchen, dancing and movement in the expression room, and creative craft projects. We regularly go outside to play in our garden and discover nature. For the little ones, we have quiet sleeping areas and take care of everything needed: diapers, wipes, bottle feeding, and warm meals. We work closely with parents through our Flexkids app, through which you receive daily photos and messages about your child's development. From the age of 1, each child has a personal scrapbook in which we collect special moments. We offer pre-school education (VVE) in collaboration with the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch. This program stimulates the language and speech development of children from 2 years old. Our professional teams closely monitor your child's development and tailor activities to individual needs.
