Welcome to Het Hummelhoes Spijk, a warm toddler playgroup operated by Kids2b, located at Willem de Mérodelaan 2 in the heart of Spijk. We provide a safe and familiar place where toddlers aged 2 to 4 quickly feel at home. Our cozy group space is fully tailored to the world of experience of young children. Various play corners challenge toddlers in their play and stimulate their development in a playful way. Everything revolves around the fixed daily routine that provides toddlers with structure and regularity. We start the morning together with singing and crafts, after which there is room for free play. Each child can discover and play at their own pace. One toddler might choose a puzzle in the quiet corner, while another builds with blocks or dresses up in the costume corner. Anything is possible and everything is allowed. Outdoor play is just as important to us. Our own garden offers plenty of opportunities to run, cycle, look for insects, or jump around. The fresh outdoor air and natural environment contribute to healthy development. We go outside almost daily, as moving in the fresh air creates happy and relaxed children. Our toddler playgroup is open on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:30 AM to 11:15 AM. These short, intensive mornings are perfect for toddlers who are not yet ready for full days. We work with small groups of up to 16 children, ensuring each child receives the attention they deserve. Our experienced pedagogical staff guide the children with patience and love in their development. Feel free to drop by for an introduction.
