Het Heldenrijk

Welcome to Het Heldenrijk, our homely daycare centre located in the Stripheldenbuurt district of Almere Buiten. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years and work closely with primary school Het Avontuur to ensure a smooth transition from daycare to school. Our focus is on creating a warm, safe atmosphere where every child feels at home. We pay great attention to a healthy food policy and serve a warm meal every day. Throughout the year we work with varied themes and give extra attention to holidays, allowing children to explore the world around them in a playful way. Our pedagogical staff closely monitor each child’s development and tailor activities to the age and needs of the group. We offer pre-school and early childhood education (VVE), with emphasis on language development and social-emotional skills. Parents receive information through our app and newsletters, so you are always informed about what your child is experiencing. Inside we have bright, spacious group rooms and separate sleeping areas for the youngest. Outside, children can play safely in our garden with play equipment and discovery corners. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM; on request, care can start as early as 7:00 AM or be extended until 7:00 PM.
