We provide care for up to 16 toddlers aged 2 to 4 years in a safe, small-scale environment. Authentic details like the granite countertop with curtains create a warm, homely atmosphere. The interior is fully tailored to toddlers: cheerful colors, wooden toys, and a glass partition that opens to give children freedom of movement between the playroom and hallway. Our outdoor play area is shared with Sint-Bavo School. The spacious yard offers plenty of room for cycling, running, and climbing. In bad weather, we use the school gym so children always have enough space to move. We follow Hero Kindercentra’s core values: Adventure, Fun, Learning, and Attention. Our pedagogical staff give each child space to develop at their own pace, with a strong focus on language, creative expression, and social skills. Peuteropvang Eemstraat 15 has been officially registered since January 3, 2017 under number 335007764 and is part of Stichting Hero Kindercentra Peuteropvang. We offer early childhood education (VVE) and use horizontal grouping, where children are placed in age-specific groups. Half-day care is available, tailored to the needs of parents and children.
