Located on Zeedistelweg in Haarlem South-West, you will find our daycare center of Hero kindercentra. With views over the meadows and country estate Elswout around the corner, we are situated in the beautiful nature of Haarlem. Our daycare accommodates up to 48 children and consists of 1 baby/toddler group (0-1.5 years), 2 toddler/preschool groups (1.5-4 years) and 1 vertical group (0-4 years). What makes us special is that we work with the playful Uk and Puk program in our preschool groups. This program focuses on themes that connect well with toddlers' world of experience and playfully sparks their curiosity for more. A wonderful stepping stone towards primary school. Our mission is to embark on an adventure every day together with the children on their way to becoming the best version of themselves. Our core values Adventure, Fun, Learning and Attention are important to us and guide our policy and way of working. The children play together in the group room, but also in the spacious central play hall and in the new green outdoor garden. Many challenging activities, workshops and theme weeks are organized and whenever possible we go on an adventure together to Elswout, right next to us.
