Hero BSO Verspronck

Hero BSO Verspronck is located at Verspronckweg 201C, right in the green Kleverpark neighbourhood in Haarlem-North. We share the building with scouting club Kameleon Kinheim and have access to a large outdoor area. The location has room for 70 children aged 4 to 12. Our pedagogical staff pick up the children after school from nearby primary schools, including De Ark and De Werkschuit. Back at the BSO, the children first enjoy a healthy snack and something to drink together. Then there is plenty of space to play, do crafts, sports or just relax. We make extensive use of the outdoor area and the two clubhouses of the scouting club. Children can climb, build huts, play football or romp in the forest. We work with a fixed daily structure in which rest and challenge alternate. Children can choose whether to participate in an activity or prefer to come up with their own game. During school holidays we organise an extensive holiday programme with fun trips and workshops. The BSO is then open from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm.
