Welcome to Helden Opvang KDV Kerkstraat, located in the beautiful and historic Huize Veltheim in the center of Baarn. Our daycare center is housed in a stately villa from 1820 that has been recently renovated while preserving authentic details. The characteristic Scandinavian style of Helden Opvang radiates peace and warmth, making children feel at home immediately. Our location accommodates up to 50 children aged 0 to 4 years. We work with horizontal groups, where children are cared for in age groups. The spaces are carefully furnished with natural materials and offer a homely atmosphere. The challenging natural garden with a beautiful sandbox and diverse wooden play equipment invites exploration and play. We believe in the power of outdoor play and make daily use of our green environment. Our experienced pedagogical staff provide professional care where each child is given space to develop at their own pace. We stimulate children's natural curiosity and give them the tools to discover the world. The daycare center is open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 52 weeks per year (excluding public holidays).
